The first Father's Day was observed on June 19, 1910 in Spokane Washington.
At about the same time in various towns and cities across American other people were beginning to celebrate a "father's day.".
In 1924 President Calvin Coolidge supported the idea of a national Father's Day. Finally in 1966 President Lyndon Johnson signed a presidential proclamation declaring the 3rd Sunday of June as Father's Day.

TRIP TO THE LIVING PLANET AQUARIUM

This is our trip to the aquarium. we had so much fun. Alex and I touched the sting ray. They are slimy. we were also able to touch a star fish, sea urchin ( Addie was not afraid she was trying to pull them out of the water.)
This yellow thing is not part of the coral reef but is it actually a fish. I took the picture because it is cool and ugly.

This thing is in fact a 3 foot long 40 pound lobster. It is HUGE!!
I really liked this. the colors are beautiful.

I have decided to try to potty train Addie. when i noticed that she was trying to go potty in her diaper we ran to the bathroom and she sat on the potty. Unfortunately she did not go in the toilet.

we had a great time blowing bubbles for our family activity.

Addie has learned some new words. they are: blanket, bee, button ( belly button), No.

i have finally found an job! I'm working back at Westridge Academy. I'm on the girl side weekends. i work Friday- Sunday. i get to take Addie with me all weekend and the girls love playing with her. I'm glad that i have a job were i can be with Addie and spend my time with her.
